EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
We value every one of our customers and want you to love your purchase.
We strongly recommend that all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you can return items within our returns time frame.
If you are not thrilled with your purchase, for your convenience, our merchandise may be exchanged or returned for a store credit. We do not offer refunds; however, our policy does not exclude or replace your rights given under Australian Consumer Law and regulations.
CHANGE OF MIND
We will happily offer you a store credit or exchange if you happen to change your mind on any full priced item providing you have proof of purchase, and merchandise meet the following requirements. We do not offer a refund for ‘change of mind’.
- Is in saleable condition
- Is unworn with labels still attached and in original packaging. The item must not smell of perfume, deodorant, or be marked in any way
- We will not accept items that show signs of wear or have been washed or dry cleaned
- The exchange is made within 14 days on purchase accompanied by a copy of proof of purchase
- Must not be a sale item
EXCLUSIONS OF CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
Please keep in mind when purchasing that the following items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded;
- Underwear and Shapewear
- Body products
- Gift cards
- All sale items purchased instore or online
- Custom made, personalised or altered products
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase however if you happen to purchase an item that is damaged or faulty from an online or instore order, the items may be exchanged for the same item or where possible repairs will be made.
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. The Phinc team makes every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending them out to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on return and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability.
In the situation that no solution can be resolved, then a refund or store credit will be offered. The refund will be made using the original payment method or bank deposit.
Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 5 business days of being received by you. Please take a photo of the goods before return for your records.
For online sales, Phinc will cover the cost of the return in these cases.
If you do not let us know within this fourteen day period, we will take this to mean that you are happy with your purchases and that your merchandise is satisfactory. We will not accept any claims for fault or damage after the expiry of fourteen days.
Please choose carefully as sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
PROOF OF PURCHASE
Returns, refunds, exchanges or repairs can only be processed with one of the following proof of purchase:
- Original register receipt (no photocopies accepted)
- Online Tax Invoice (order confirmations will not be accepted)
- Original return/exchange receipt/gift receipt
- Financial Statement (i.e bank statement, credit card statement)
Online returns must only be sent to the address below in order to be processed.
Returns or exchanges may only be accepted on items received within 14 days from the date of delivery for Australian orders and 18 days from the date of delivery for international orders.
Items received outside this period will not be accepted. Sorry peeps!
FOR ONLINE SALE RETURNS
You may visit us at 120 Liebig Street Warrnambool, call 03 55623456 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return for an item purchased online.
We will notify you by email once your refund have been inspected, accepted and processed. If you would like to exchange the item, please notify us of the required style, size and colour.
If returning or exchanging a faulty or damaged item, we will pay for the postage cost. For ‘change of mind’ returns or exchanges, you are responsible for shipping of the returned items.
Phinc does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We recommend that you register your parcel by post to avoid undelivered merchandise.
We post all purchases by Australian Express Post. This is usually a next day service within Australia; however for rural postcodes please allow additional time.
Our flat rate for Australian deliveries is $10.00.
Larger purchases may incur an extra delivery fee. If this is the case, you will be notified prior to dispatch of any extra costs. Select the flat rate to begin with.
In case of purchases needing shipment internationally, an extra delivery fee may incur. If this is the case, you will be notified prior to dispatch of any extra costs. Select the flat international rate to begin with.
WHERE CAN I RETURN THE ITEMS
Customers are welcome to return merchandise to our Warrnambool store.

Phinc is not liable for the loss of garments being returned. We strongly recommend using a trackable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
