HOW || Please contact us with your item/s you wish to pre order and once approved we will send an order payment for details. Pay for the item/s.
WHEN || When the items do arrive instore, we will package them up, update you and you can say whether you wish to wait to collect or would like us to post them out promptly for you.
EXCHANGE || We certainly hope you are happy your purchase choice however if you choose to exchange, please ensure its within 3 days before other choices sell out. That is only a preferred time, you have 14 days if you're not in a hurry.
REFUNDS || We don't do any refunds sorry. So, please choose carefully if your one of those. Happy to exchange for a different size or item or offer a store credit.
